Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a shoot up to 72 hours in advance at no cost.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If we arrive at the property and cannot complete the shoot due to lack of access or unprepared conditions, a 50% fee will be charged.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.
Weather Delays: Outdoor services (such as future aerial photography) may be rescheduled at no cost if weather conditions prevent safe shooting.
