Refund &
Cancellation Policy.
Your time matters, and so does ours. Please review these terms before booking a shoot so there are no surprises if plans change.
Plans change.
Clients may cancel or reschedule a shoot up to 72 hours in advance at no cost.
Inside 72 hours.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Access & readiness.
If we arrive at the property and cannot complete the shoot because of lack of access or unprepared conditions, a 50% fee will be charged.
Refunds & credit.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward a future booking when cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.
Weather delays.
Outdoor services, including future aerial photography, may be rescheduled at no cost when weather conditions prevent safe shooting.
