Booking & Deposits

How do I book a shoot?

Schedule directly through any of our service pages. Once submitted, we confirm your appointment details by email or phone. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A $50 deposit secures your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future shoot if you reschedule at least 72 hours in advance.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is free with at least 72 hours’ notice. Changes made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Turnaround & Delivery

When will I receive my media?

Most photo shoots are delivered within 24–48 hours. Larger or more complex projects — like multi-hour event coverage or full video productions — may require additional time. We’ll always give you an expected delivery window at booking.

How are files delivered?

All media is delivered via a secure download link, optimized for MLS and web use. High-resolution files for print are available upon request.

What’s Included

What’s included in a real estate shoot?

Interior and exterior sessions include professionally edited, MLS-ready photos and a floor plan (where applicable). Add-ons like video walkthroughs, virtual tours, twilight photos, and virtual staging are available on any package.

Do you offer drone / aerial photography?

Yes — drone coverage is available as an add-on depending on location and conditions. Mention it when booking and we’ll confirm availability.

Who owns the final media?

You own the JPEG files and are free to use them however you’d like. Ziegler Media Co retains copyright to RAW source files.

Preparing for Your Shoot

How should a property be prepared before the shoot?

Properties should be cleaned, decluttered, and photo-ready before we arrive. We don’t stage or move furniture, so preparation ensures the best result. Think: counters cleared, beds made, lights on, and any personal items put away.

Website Hosting

What does website hosting include?

Our managed hosting includes secure hosting, SSL, domain connection, performance optimization, security monitoring, backups, regular updates, and ongoing technical support. See the Hosting page for full plan details.

Can you migrate my existing site?

Yes. We can migrate most sites from Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, and other platforms. Book a free call and we’ll walk through the process.
