Services Provided
Ziegler Media Co. provides professional media services, including, but not limited to, real estate photography and videography, event coverage, yacht and boat media, business branding photography, personal headshots, and website hosting.
Service details, inclusions, and pricing vary by package. Additional services or custom requests may require separate agreements.
Bookings & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure all bookings.
Remaining balances are due upon delivery of the final media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that properties, venues, or subjects are fully prepared at the scheduled time.
Required access (lockbox codes, keys, venue entry, etc.) must be provided before or at arrival.
Ziegler Media Co. is not responsible for delays, reduced coverage, or compromised results due to unprepared spaces, late access, or restricted conditions.
Usage Rights & Copyright
Ziegler Media Co. retains full copyright ownership of all media created.
Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the specific project for which it was created.
Media may not be resold, transferred, altered for resale, or reused for separate projects without prior written consent.
Refunds & Cancellations
Our Refund Policy governs refunds and cancellations. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking if canceled with sufficient notice.
Limitation of Liability
Ziegler Media Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of sales or revenue.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.
