The short answer

Ziegler Media Co’s real estate photo packages start at $100. A $50 deposit is required to secure your date. Most edited photos are delivered 24–48 hours after the shoot, not after the booking request.

If you’re comparing real estate photography in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, or southwest Ohio, look beyond the starting price. Property size, the number of edited images, delivery timing, and optional media all affect what you receive.

This guide explains our published packages. It is not a market-wide price survey. For the latest options and availability, visit the real estate photography and videography page.

What does the deposit mean?

The $50 amount is the deposit needed to secure the appointment. It is not the full price of a photo package. If you choose to pay later, your request remains pending until payment and confirmation. Read the cancellation policy before reserving your date.

What changes a photography quote?

1. Property size and editing

A smaller condo and a large home need different coverage. Premium includes light retouching and color polish. Luxury adds advanced editing such as sky replacement and object removal. Mention special rooms, outbuildings, or extensive outdoor areas when you inquire.

2. Video, tours, and other add-ons

A walkthrough shows how rooms connect. A 360° tour lets a visitor explore the space. Twilight photography and virtual staging serve different marketing needs, so choose the additions that explain your property rather than adding everything automatically.

  • Video walkthrough: $150–$300 standalone, with 50% off the standalone video price when added to a photo package. The exact bundle price is confirmed before booking.
  • 360° tour: from $150, with typical pricing of $150–$250+ depending on scope.
  • Virtual staging: $40 per photo.
  • Twilight photography: $25 per photo.

Ask about drone coverage availability for your location. Weather, site conditions, and project requirements can affect what is possible.

3. Location and timing

Share the property location and your intended listing date when requesting a quote. Most photo deliveries take 24–48 hours after the shoot. Complex projects and other media may need a different schedule, which should be confirmed in advance.

Choose coverage that serves the listing

For a straightforward property, a well-planned photo package may be enough. A larger home, unusual layout, or property marketed to remote buyers may benefit from a walkthrough or tour.

Good photography supports your marketing, but it cannot guarantee a sale price or a faster sale. Pricing, condition, location, and market demand still matter. Compare the photographer’s full galleries, what is included, and the agreed delivery date.

Before you book

Have your property’s square footage, location, access instructions, desired media, and target listing date ready. That makes it easier to confirm the right package and a realistic schedule.

Common booking questions

How far ahead should I book?

Request your date as early as you can. A few days of lead time is useful, and shorter-notice appointments depend on availability. Your date is secured after the deposit and appointment are confirmed.

Do you work outside Cincinnati?

Yes. Ziegler Media Co serves Oxford, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Northern Kentucky, and surrounding areas. Check the service areas and ask about availability or travel for your property.
